We want you to feel great about every Tide Reverie purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll be happy to make it right.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at support@squatchchill.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds cannot be issued for requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
